White Tea

White teas capture the essence of spring, showcasing some of the freshest flavors and aromas of the harvest. As the most natural of teas, they are distinguished by their delicate leaf shape and buds, which feature fine, downy white hairs that contribute to their unmistakable sweetness. White teas offer flavors of herbs, melon, peach, and fresh apricot. We source white teas made from the prized "Bai Hao" cultivar, grown on small farms in the mountains near FuAn in Fujian Province.
